I've got a room available in a clean, quiet, comfortable and very spacious flat. Located just outside Ironbridge, it's less than 5 minutes to the bars and restaurants in Ironbridge. 2 minutes walk to the local shops. Good bus routes to the rest of Telford.

There is a new gym/sports centre/swimming pool over the road and it's only 5 miles to Telford Town Centre. No crime, quiet area, nice views, balcony at the front.

Single room £350 per month. Furnished with chest of drawers, bedside table, all bedding, rug, curtains etc in the room. Rent includes ALL bills: Council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV licence, internet, service charges, Virgin TV entertainment package (which hardly ever gets used).

Large living room with flatscreen TV/DVD with Virgin entertainment package installed... 150 TV channels, very fast broadband internet, landline phone and Netflix subscription. Plenty of storage space, washing machine, large utility room with ironing board etc.

I'm away with work a lot so it would be sharing with my 28 year old brother the majority of the time, who works full time Monday-Friday (and his girlfriend spends some time there).
