I am mature student studying Veterinary Physiotherapy, I'm looking for housemates that are clean and tidy, considerate of my work load but are quietly sociable (pub not raves!)

I am a horse owner and due to the nature of my course I handle animals on a regular basis so the property is not suitable for people allergic to animals.

A well behaved short haired dog may be considered.

I am ideally looking for young professionals or possibly mature students.
