--> Excellent location, close to shops, pubs, town with train and bus stations a few minutes walk away.

--> Rent includes all bills, dishwasher tablets, cleaner for common areas once per week plus high-speed (200Mbps) wireless internet.

--> The bedroom is a large one with a large window so plenty of light, is fully furnished; bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers (all in antique pine). Most rooms have a tv included but if needed we will provide a 20" flat screen tv (there are good signal freeview connections in all rooms). Decent size ensuite with toilet, basin and large shower cubicle which was installed in July 2021.

--> In shared areas; washing machine, dryer, double oven, two fridge freezers, shared lounge with 42" tv. There is a large conservatory for coats + shoes plus airing space.

--> Outside there is a large driveway with plenty of parking spaces. To the rear there is a patio and large lawned garden. There is also a covered outbuilding plus a secure brick shed for bikes etc.

--> Inside the house is a strictly no-smoking zone but there is a covered area outside where smoking is permitted.

We have a good network of quality engineers and in the unusual event of a problem, we commit to have any work/ jobs resolved quickly (usually within 24-48 hours).
