One room will be available, at the front of the house with two single beds. Colour tv available i if required, and wi-fi. In large semi detatched house , just 5 mins walk from town centre. There is a modern bathroom with stand-alone shower unit, modern kitchen, dedicated fridge freezer for lodgers use, and use of an automatic washing machine (there is also a launderette less than 2 minutes away). There is also a shed at the rear of the property, which could be used to store a bike or any suchlike items.
There is a shared pantry, and shared dining room.
In a pleasant area of Oswestry, with free 24 hour on-street parking outside the house. Wrexham or Shrewsbury are both a 20 minute drive away.
I am very easy going, and all I ask for is cleanliness and respect for myself and others who may be sharing the house. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
The house is at present for sale, so I am unable to guarantee the room will be available for any period longer than 2 months, although it may be.
