The house is always occupied by myself only (Male aged 60). At the moment there is another male (aged 44) who occupies another room for approximately 4 days per week.

The house is on a new estate, about 5 minutes to town by car and 15-20 minutes on foot. Morisson's is close by and the Tesco Superstore is 5 minutes away. There is a really useful Tesco Express just up the road and the Waitrose Mini in town is open until 10 p. m. The railway station is easily accessible, being on this side of town. A park and Ride is 5 minutes away. A large modern sports complex including tennis courts and gym is 5 minutes away.
