Hi I am a live-in landlady with large, light and airy double en suite room to let Mon to Friday. Double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamps etc. Carpets and central heating. Bed linen, towels, some soft furnishings can be provided if required.

I have my own private living room.

Bedroom has living space with sofa, chair, TV if required, and desk if required. En suite with shower. Eaves storage space.

Use of fully equipped kitchen, dining room and utility room. Garden. On street parking. Wi fi.

The house is in a quiet area of Copthorne, 5 mins walk from town centre and on the right side of town for the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on bus route for the hospital, or 15 min walk. Near to Quarry (lovely park and river walks or runs!). Handy for theatre, pubs, gym, restaurants, town centre.

Quiet household on the whole! looking to let to full time working FEMALE who will keep the room and ensuite clean and tidy. I am happy to consider a mature female student (over 25)
