Furnished double room to rent in a large 4 bedroom house in Stirchley Telford. my husband and i use downstairs bathroom. upstairs bathroom is shared. large kitchen and cosy living room. Outside there is a large garden and ample parking.

Would suit a dog lover as there are 3 beautiful, obedient dogs already in residence.

The applicant would be expected to help clean the communial areas and keep their private room clean and tidy. In the warmer months these duties would also include keeping the garden areas neat and tidy. Everyone is responsible for the bins etc and the applicant would be expected to take out the bins if the need arose.

A good sense of humour is essential.

All applicants please remember this is also my home and I expect it to be treated with respect at all times. Any damages and breakages must be paid for.
