I have a furnished double bedroom with laminate flooring, double bed, wardrobe and bedside table in a fully furnished house with all amenities. There is access to a parking. It is in a quiet street but close to shops, only a 5 min walk from Asda.
Rent includes bills and internet.
I am a live out landlady but sometimes come back for the odd weekend (there are 3 bedrooms in the house) but one other girl lives in the other room full time.
