After job moves, we have rooms available in 2 of our houses in Coachwell Close, Telford - these are the closest to the offices and shops in the Town Centre. They are truely walk-to-work - no car required.
They are a good size. The ensuite double can accommodate a couple and is £500pm. This is our only room in a shared house that offers space for two people. This is a good house with nice clean tenants and Nicki, a friendly, efficient cleaner in attendance - so please consider this.
We only accommodate totally professional people and everyone has a private bathroom.
All rooms are nicely furnished with single or double beds and storage with wardrobes, shelves, desk and chairs and SPACE TO BRING YOUR OWN THINGS.

You have access to the kitchen combined with the dining room. We like houses where there is usually something to celebrate..... birthdays, new jobs, going on holiday, examination success, engagements, etc. All residents are working professionals.
We know you prefer rentals that are totally inclusive with FREE-OF-CHARGE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET. They include Council Tax, TV licence, gas central heating, electricity, etc.

You can walk to work in Telford Town Centre and the new Southwater restaurant area, plus REASSURE(Windsor House), HMRC, CAP GEMINI and other offices or to the Town Centre & Southwater restaurants and shops. Train & bus stations are very close, minutes away, You don't need a car to live here. THESE ARE THE CLOSEST HOUSES TO TELFORD OFFICES AND SHOPS.
