The available room is a very large double, fully furnished double with double bed, mattress, brand new bedding ( duvet, pillows & covers), bedside tables, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, desk and chair.

The house is kitted out with everything you'll need, WiFi, 1950's style kitchen/diner with stainless steel cooker, dishwasher (no washing-up!), microwave, fridge freezer, all cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery.
Lounge has fab corner sofa, original works of art and a great looking wooden floor. The lounge also boasts a large television, DVD player and cable TV. Bathroom has power shower & bath, sink and wc, there is also a separate additional wc.

Also provided, just to make life a little easier are toilet rolls, washing up liquid and cleaning items - If all that isn't enough we also have a cleaner once a week!!!

Rear patio doors give access to the decking, below that is a landscaped black and white slate and stone area-with removable washing line. The neighboring woods spread their branches over the garden, which makes for frequent visits by the local squirrels and ample shade on the hottest days of the summer (when we get them!!)- fab for a lazy day off - not overlooked!
