Room is light and airy facing southwards at the front of property on a quiet estate, all new furniture and bedding. All bills included. wifi available the room is not onsuite
The property is situated between telford and wellington centres with easy acess to both stations and oakengates station 10 mins walk away and less than 5 mins from M54 junction 6 by car.
Iam a live in landlord whom works long hours so you will have the place to your self some times but a freindly personality is needed. Theres full use of all facilities, parking space available next to property.
There is with prior agreement the ability to use the room some weekends if needed.
One point due to my early starts this room may not suit very light sleeper, but i will stress its a quiet house in a quiet area ..
