We have Two Double bedrooms and Two Single Bedrooms available in the Telford Central Area.

All rooms have a single divan bed with bedding, chest of drawers, wardrobe and HD ready TV and DVD player.

There is a Shared kitchen/dining room with washing machine, Tumble dryer, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave, cooking pots dishes and utensils.

There is a Toilet downstairs and bathroom with bath and shower upstairs.

To the rear of the property there is a fully enclosed garden with patio furniture.

There is a shared living room with HD TV and modern furniture.

We have a Cleaner that cleans the property on a weekly basis.

One months rent in advance.
