Double Room To Rent, Part Furnished.

Im looking for a trustworthy, driven working preferably female person to rent my spare room. i have an 11yr old daughter (very mature) so if this is a problem then go past this ad. Ive had a friend live with me for ages but is now unfortunately moving on. I have a very busy life style and 8 times out of 10 i will be out of the house. im a very outgoing friendly person and looking for a similar tenant, im very layed back and you could call this home but like i say i do have a daughter so i need proof you are trustworthy.
I believe the house is modern and very homely, the room has a double wardrobe and draws in but you will have to provide a bed. you can share the bathroom, living room and kitchen but as you will appreciate mine and my daughters room is out of bounds just like id appreciate your privacy.
rent to include bills and you provide your own toiletries and food.
