The Town Centre is within walking distance and we are on a bus route, 5 minutes to the Town Centre Bus Station.

Part-time and full-time lodgers welcome. A discount on the advertised rent is available for part-timers. Must be non-smoking and non-vaping.

Females preferred.

We have double rooms available for single occupancy only. There is a double bed with a new good quality mattress, a wardrobe, a cupboard, a desk and a new armchair.

The spacious kitchen / diner has a dining table, range cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, washing machine, tumble dryer and new fridge / freezer and has new tiling and flooring.

The house has fast, unlimited fibre Wi-Fi, central heating and parking.

This is a clean, quiet house in a clean, quiet area.

The housemates are mature, considerate and responsible..

Part-time lodgers (for example Mon-Fri or 2-3/4 days per week) on contract in Telford are also welcome and will be offered a reduced rent.

LODGER CRITERIA

No part-time workers, home or night workers, temporary workers, no students and no pets or couples, smokers or vapers.

All applicants must be working full-time during the day at least 5 days per week and provide the following:

1. Right to rent evidence including photocopy of passport.
2. Reference from previous landlord
3. Reference from employer showing working hours and salary
