There is a good size garden for the summer and want any potential housemate to feel they have a home and not just a house. There is good parking available and all usual amenities.

It is within very close proximity to large supermarkets, Wellington Town Centre, motorway and train station. Ideal for any nurses/doctors at the local Princess Royal Hospital but suitable for any professional.
