current tenant moving out in March looking for people who can actually have a conversation and don't hide in their room the whole time, someone we can be friends with as well as live together we have a cleaner once a week, fast wifi, Xbox 360 and Netflix in the house which your welcome to use but no tv package as we stream everything. It is a friendly relaxed house we like having people over on the weekends we play board games watch films , we smoke in the kitchen and garden, it wouldn't be suitable for a non smoker on this basis. We work from home so need working people so we have time to work,
