I'm Sarah, just moved back into this lovely house and hope it is a happy, welcoming home for whoever joins me and my other lovely housemate Rich. I've been a lodger myself and experienced the good and the bad! It's a big decision and has to be right for you. You'd have a bathroom all to yourself, totally yours! Sky TV in living room, unlimited broadband, modern kitchen with dishwasher, ample parking, quiet cul-de-sac, co-op and amazing chip shop on the estate within easy walking distance, 2 mins from j24 m5, easy access to everywhere, we both work full time and have a cleaner every couple of weeks. There's also a room that I use as an office downstairs which you'd be more than welcome to share should you need to work at home or in a quiet room away from your bedroom.
