I am looking for someone whos going to be trustworthy and reliable. I am an outgoing, hard working Individual. Currently I live on my own and have the responsibilty of all the bills related to the Property. I am after someone that is friendly and able to live alongside me to help with the running costs of the house. There would be no additonal costs other than the stated monthly rent. There is a choice of two bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared. The bathroom facilties have a separate bath and electric shower. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, kettle, cooker and hob that can all be used by you.

I tend to work quite a lot in the day and there will be opportunity for you to have the shared facilties without me being there.

The house is an older property on a busy main road but you dont get much noise issues. It is in easy access of the main town within a short walk. The local shops including a mini mart and chip shop are only five minutes away.
There is room around the back of the property to park a vehicle and space at the front on the main road but would tend not to advise this.

I believe I would be easy to live with as have quite a relaxed approach to life. All I ask of you is honesty and consideration and I will ensure I give the same to any potential Room Mate.
There is a double bed and chest of draws in the double bedroom if you wish to use them theyre both less than a year old hardly used.
There is also a spare room downstairs which you can also use for what ever purpose you may want it for.
