En-suite double room to let

I have two double en-suite rooms to let in a 5 bedroom house in Durleigh. Ideally I am looking for long-term lodgers but am happy to consider shorter term stays or contractors. The two rooms are accessed from the main house but have a separating door.

Top Floor Room
En-suite(shower/toilet/bidet/s ink), double bed, built in wardrobes, large flat screen sky TV. This room takes up the whole top floor of the house and has own stairs. Own fridge and microwave. Under floor heating in en-suite

Downstairs room
En-suite(shower, bath, sink) double bed, built-in wardrobes, large flat screen Freeview TV. This room is off of the top floor room and has office space, own fridge, built in wardrobes, sofa.

Both rooms are currently available as contractors for the outage at Hinkley Point are due to finish.

I live at the property full-time whilst my Dad (owner) comes home at weekends (fri/sat/sun). We are easy-going and do our own thing but always happy to share a meal with lodgers.

Kitchen and Utility as part of main house can be used for cooking washing/tumble-drying. For more info and viewing please email or call.
