Large Edwardian house with Sunny courtyard area and bike lockup. Communal parking to rear of properties Shared kitchen with token based washing machine & Tumble Dryer and card controlled room electric ALL other bills and Fibre Broadband included in rent.

Rent is paid monthly in advance and the agreement is under the terms and conditions of an assured short-hold tenancy with 1 month deposit to be paid in advance and held in the standard DPS bond.
