Stylish Furnished Rooms with Private Ensuites

When inquiring about a room, please supply profile information about yourself ie, have job, working hours, have a car, etc

The weekly payable rate is £95, based on SINGLE occupancy of the room.
Our rooms are sanitised, carpets & mattresses being shampooed prior to new occupancy.
Each room comes with a bed and mattress but NO BEDDING so you will need pillows, duvet, covers, sheets etc.
There is either a 23", 26” & 32" Samsung SMART TV in each room. All rooms have their own private ensuites, all have thermostatic showers, toilet, wash basins & mirrors, shaver point & cupboards.

Communal Lounge (Sun Room) has a 40" TV (also with online movies) & can be used as 2nd dining area to kitchen Diner.

The heating system is set to 22 degrees so this is a warm house all year round.
The kitchen has been duelled ie two cooking hobs, four fridges/tall multidrawer freezer so all guests have private kitchen storage/fridge/freezer and all can prep/eat food without hassles. The kitchen also has all the basic items such as two washing machines, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery, etc. NO TUMBLE DRYER.

The location of the house is on the outskirts of Chard and lies on a "cul-de-sac" so passing traffic is minimal thus area is quiet at night.
Off road/on street parking is available which is covered by house CCTV however one driveway space is allocated to the largest Room.

Wifi usage is unlimited, at speeds up to 37Mbps throughout the house via wifi extenders in rooms.

We have fingerprint access to front & rear doors of the house which allows keyless entry.

Communal areas are lit automatically by movement sensing lights.

In general the house is very quiet, so would suit someone who also wants peace & tranquillity after a hard days work.

The town centre is within walking distance around 15mins.

The Sports Centre is around 10mins walk.

There's a gym within 5 mins walk.

Chard to Ilminster cycle route is about 5mins cycle to connect onto.
