I have 1 room to rent, that although not ensuite, has its own bathroom. The house was formerly a farmhouse and has a large garden (West facing, great for BBQs!), 1acre of paddocks and plenty of parking. The kitchen is pretty large with an aga,, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and usual mod cons. The sitting room Has HD TV and a woodburner. The house has wifi broadband. I need to update the kitchen picture as I have done a bit of work on the house, but the Aga is still there!

You must have your own transport as the house is in a village with limited public transport.

I live here with my 7 year old. I am a tax consultant (not as dull as I sound, I promise!) and enjoy keeping fit, dancing, walks and camping. I would probably prefer someone Monday to Friday, but mainly because I have family to stay occasionally at the weekends.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to live in a lovely house in a superb location. I also arrange for a cleaner (included in the price) to clean to communal areas every fortnight, to take one of the strains of sharing with others away.
