Large Spacious double room within a detached new build four bedroom home. A short walk in to the market town of Crewkerne. 20 minutes from Yeovil, 35 minutes from Taunton, 55 minutes from Exeter. In Crewkerne you will find a swimming pool, gyms, many takeaway restaurants, pubs and supermarkets including Waitrose, there is also a train station direct to London in 2 hours 30 minutes. The house has a newly fitted kitchen and you will have the use of your own bathroom/shower along with a small shared garden, dining room (no table in at the moment) and large living room with an excellent LED TV 47 inch and dvd player for agreed use shared if required. The room contains a double bed and superior mattress, high quality solid wood bed side tables, and large wardrobe, the room is fully carpeted and is in excellent condition. Within the house broadband available washing machine, oven, dishwasher fridge and separate freezer, iron, toaster, shared parking is included. There is the use of a large office (3rd double bedroom) which I would be happy to share the desk, or bring your own computer to work.

I am a 57 year male hard working professional, I am not at the house throughout the day. I am extremely tidy, keeping my home clean and presentable and would expect the same from the successful house sharer in a relaxed atmosphere home.

Ideally I am looking for a likeminded professional person, who is looking for a large double room within a high quality house enviroment with plenty of wardrobe and belonging space. Ideally staying in the house Monday to Friday? (Goes home at the weekends) but, I am willing to see people who are also looking for a full time room stay.
