Double Room In Crewkerne

Hi, spare bedroom in crewkerne to be available early autumn time. There aren't any pictures yet because the house will be having work done to it over the summer. The bedroom is a double room, large enough to fit a king size bed in there, although you would have to provide your own furniture.
It's currently a 3 bedroom house, with a small garden, I live on my own, although I have two children who stay with me two weekends a month.
I work full time and regularly go out.
I'm looking for somebody who's easy going, easy to along with. I don't mind if you have friends or family round etc. They must be clean and tidy. No smoking in the house, and no pets.
I'm pretty easy going, any queries just ask!
