Large double room overlooking the garden, with king-size bed, built-in cupboard, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and television with freeview and built-in DVD player. Wi-fi. Shared bathroom which has power-shower and bath, sink and toilet. Second toilet downstairs. Shared kitchen (with Aga) and dining-room. Masses of parking space.

By arrangement, a cooked meal can be ready for when you arrive home in the evening if you wish. (Obviously this would be a matter of negotiation and would not tie you to being in every evening!)

12 miles from EDF Hinkley Point, 5 minutes walk to shops and Chinese takeaway, 10 minutes to buses and West Somerset Railway, 15 minutes to marina, pubs and beach. Delivery service for Indian food, Italian, and genuine Malaysian (yum!).

We have two friendly dogs who are allowed indoors by invitation but are not permitted upstairs.

All bills covered by rent with the exception of food.
