The property is in a semi rural area approximately 3 miles from central Yeovil & 2 miles from Agusta/Westland. It is on the edge of beautiful Dorset countryside, approximately 35 minutes from the Jurassic coast.
Would possibly suit a self reliant mature person who appreciates a quiet low tech, old-fashioned household. MUST be a cat lover. Someone who needs a short-term base from which to explore the area, or is simply looking for the occasional overnight stay.

Storage space minimal but invited to share kitchen/bathroom/living area.
Would ideally prefer Mon-Thurs occupancy (£65) but open to flexible arrangements (such as overnight stays) for which rates will vary.
