Ideal for a single person needing a base during the working week. Beautiful rural location so car essential (parking for one car included). Annex is in owner's garden with landlord on site most of the time. Four cats live at this address. Studio is a cat free zone but cat lover preferred.

Studio is fully furnished with single bed, sofa (converts to double bed for occasional use), wardrobe, small dining table/desk, flat screen TV and kitchen equipped with fridge, combi microwave-grill, single electric hot plate, toaster and kettle. Standard range of crockery, cutlery and utensils provided. Cloakroom with WC and full size washbasin and separate large shower room (heated towel rail). Heating is electric but also has a wood burning stove with all logs and kindling provided, along with occasional fire lighting service.

Rent includes all bills, clean sheets and towels (provided each week) and a weekly clean. The studio is set in a large garden with a patio for tenant use, furnished with garden table and chairs. Studio let on a licence to occupy basis and is not let on a permanent residential basis. Proof of permanent address and occupation will be required. Employer reference essential.
