Happy House

Double room available in a house with live out landlord, sharing with an easy going proffesional male and a very friendly lab dog. Easy going household, enjoy a drink generally down the local pub which is literally yards away! also enjoy having friends round and the occasional late night.

Other housemate works most of the week, mornings, and days. The house is most of the time very clean and tidy and are looking for someone with the same consideration for the house Although how you keep and what you do in your room is up to you.. To an extent! Lol!

Broadband, sky, washing machine, cooker ... everything you would generally need we have available to use all bills included .. If you broke anything we'd expect a replacement.. bla blah!!!!!

The room is a generous size and has a double bed in and a fitted wardrobes, an ariel for a TV which were happy for you to put on the wall and make adjustments to the room if you wanted! We also have a storage cupboard and loft if more space was needed.
