I have a large double room with en suite bathroom in my house in a quiet cul de sac in North Curry, just outside of Taunton with easy links to the M5 and A303. Price is £400 to include bills.

Depending on circumstances, I may be able to allow a dog if you have one as I have been asked this in the past and have one of my own here.

The room is partly self contained being a ground floor extension accessed by the utility room of the main house which was converted by the previous owners, and is peaceful and quiet and has good privacy. It has it's own bathroom with shower and WC and is a good size double which comes furnished with double bed (with storage underneath), double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and mirrors. It also has it's own loft space for storage if needed.
The house has a modern fully equipped kitchen, driveway parking, wireless broadband, BT vision TV with movies etc, a nice garden and conservatory and in the village itself there are 2 pubs, a very good shop/PO, hairdresser, Doctors surgery and a coffee shop.

I would like to let it to a professional and am open to letting it to someone who only requires weekdays

Price would be negotiable depending on days required and if it were to be less than 7 nights then I can reduce the price.

The room will be available from January 2014.


I have a small dog who is very friendly and is no bother.
