Double room for rent in lovely area of Street

e room available now. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers.
The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room, which is of a decent size and a bathroom with a shower.
The flat also has a garden that is shared with the downstairs neighbor.
I am looking for someone who is preferably wanting to rent for a few months or more although short lets will be considered.
As a live in landlord i am easy to get on with, friendly and welcoming, I'm looking for someone who is similar.
I have two kittens who sleep in the living room at night, they are just beginning to venture outdoors, but i thought it might be worth mentioning in case of allergies etc.
I also need to state that i'm looking for a professional as DSS is not accepted.
