Central recently refurbished Taunton house

The house has 2 double bedrooms with Queen sized bed and 1 single room, a shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room, off-street parking, secure storage for bicycles etc and garden.

This period house is in central Taunton, close to motorway access and a 10 minute walk to the town centre amenities.

The house is a comfortably, fully-furnished home that is only used 1 weekend a month by the owner, who otherwise lives elsewhere. We are seeking 1 person to share the house.

The house was fully updated 5 years ago, with a stylish modern kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is good quality (not a typical rental) and the house comes fully furnished, including all crockery etc. You would only need to supply your own bedlinen and towels.

It comes equipped with gas central heating, TV licence and 32" flat screen TV, stereo and DVD, fast wifi/broadband, all kitchen appliances inculding fridge/freezer (1 month old), microwave/combi oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it. There is a downstairs cloakroom.

Outside there is a sunny patio and fully stocked, lawned garden. The house backs onto a large park, with access from the garden. Whoever stays here must treat it as a home and not a scruffy student let, this is something I am strict on.

There is also a cleaner who comes in every fortnight and windows are cleaned once every 6 weeks.
