1 room too rent in a well managed shared house, house was completely re-built in 2010 and is close too Taunton town center. The room is on the second floor. We pay all the utilities bills, and council tax, house complies with all local licensing regulations and we are accredited landlords, all rooms in the house are en-suite, the kitchen is shared with all items for a kitchen including washing machine, but each room has a fridge with worktop so tea/coffee etc can be made in the room can, cloths lines in rear court yard, rooms are furnished but we can move furniture and bring your own if you want, short term lets considered ,shopping is less than 1 minute walk away, train and bus stations are less than 5 minute walk , parking is on the street/car park opposite the house, but we can provide off street parking at another house about a 5 minute walk away
