Sharing with two very tidy, friendly, sociable and outgoing professionals who are really easy going and always up for a laugh but also have respect and appreciate others own space. We both smoke, but do so outside. In no rush to fill the room, just looking for the right house mate.

Great large living areas with big TV, Sky+ HD (all channels including sports), DVD player, log burner, fibre optic broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, central heating, stereos, PS3 and media player with access to every new film and tv show imaginable (access to this in bedroom also via included media player), comfy sofas, large kitchen and conservatory, large dining room table and chairs, 2 bathrooms and 1 downstairs WC, well kept court yard garden with, decking and BBQ area plus washing lines. The house is alarmed and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, really well looked after and in top condition. Cleaner every other week for the communal areas.

On road parking (with permit).

Rent due on the 1st of each month so require a months rent on the day you move in, we can arrange to a better day if needed.
