We will be looking for someone clean and tidy looking to take there share in the house duties ie cleaning.
This is a very friendly house where everyone gets on.
Smoking is permitted in the garden area only.
You must be in full time employment and be able to prove this with a letter from your employer.
A deposit will be taken which will be a months rent, and also your months rent up front.
All bills are included in the prices, so £395. 00 is all you pay out.
