ALL BILLS are included within the rent; TV, gas, electric, council tax, water and broadband. The deposit is equal to one month's rent and the ONLY additional cost is a £30 referencing fee.
There is parking right outside your front door and a secure bike shed for 4 bikes, plus a table and chairs for sipping a glass of Prosecco alfresco.

As you would expect there is gas central heating and double glazing to keep you nice and warm, plus there is a modern fire alarm and emergency lighting system to keep you safe.
