Single Garden Room

The room is downstairs at the back of the house with a door that opens onto a small patio garden. The house has two bathrooms both with showers. A fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. . The room is furnished with laminate flooring. The house is opposite a park.
Parking is with a permit approx £120 per year.

You are expected to keep your own room clean and common areas clean after use. The shower rooms, landing, stairs, hallway and kitchen are cleaned fortnightly.

Its a 15 min walk to the town centre and less than 10 mins to the railway station.

All bills included in the rent including council tax
