Double room in a friendly house, great location!

Hi,
I have one double room available in my house in Taunton. Great location-pretty much opposite Taunton school. The town centre is a few minutes walk away, but far enough to be nice and quiet. Hospital, train station, swimming pool, gyms, supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance! There is also off road parking.
The room itself is a nice double, very light and airy with lovely big windows. There is a bathroom on the top floor and a separate toilet/utility on the ground floor. House is fully kitted out with 3d tv, surround sound, gym (!), broadband, new central heating system, new bathroom, new kitchen appliances, nice big fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer (if you like to cook, the kitchen is a nice big space as well). Recently 'installed' a garden, this is a small patio area and the rest is laid to lawn, nice place to go out and have a snooze as it is private, and quite a sun trap!
Really not fussed about a particular 'type' of person moving in, but relaxed and most importantly honest are great.
I'm social, with a lot of life experience (even at 27!), but appreciate a nice quiet home.
