Double room available in a quiet house share (3 tenants total) . The room is nicely decorated, beige carpet. It is fully furnished with a double bed, drawers, hanging space etc. The house is a 4-bed semi detached property situated in a great location just 5 mins walk from Taunton town centre. The rooms would suit professionals in their late 20s to mid 40s. Party animals need not apply please. There is a shared lounge with comfy leather corner sofa and armchairs, a blackboard wall and smart/wifi TV. A good sized kitchen with everything you need including an american fridge freezer, range oven, microwave, washing machine, a vintage oak dining table and old school chairs! Still to be done = kitchen flooring (this is my next project!). There is a nice little garden with a decked area, BBQ and sun loungers too. The houseshare would suit someone looking for good standard accommodation within a quiet, spacious, clean house share.
