Double Room available with friendly housemates

We have a large double room with en suit and double mirrored warddrobes available in a town house near Victoria park and east reach, only 10 minute walk to the centre of town. The house has large lounge, large kitchen with gas stove, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with good pressure shower. I've lived in the house for over a year now and sad to be leaving such a friendly chilled house. Lucy and lauren who live here are fun and laid back looking for a sociable housemate.

The price is 250 rent with bills (normally 100 p/m). we spend our evenings going to the gym and watching telly together and we're mostly here at the weekend if not visiting mates in other places. We're clean and tidy but not over the top, i. e if entertaining guests the odd time we're happy to leave the dishes till the next morning etc.

Room is unfurnished but I am willing to sell the pine furniture u can see in photo and the bed for cheap if you want it. I am planning to move out around the weekend of the 17th may so you could move in then or from 1st june.
