Cosy double bedroom in a lovely home

We are looking for a fourth housemate for our spare room as our current housemate is sadly moving. Our house is located in a quiet and beautiful part of Taunton within 5 minutes walking distance to the town centre. The house has a comfortable front room with a traditional fireplace and 42inch T. V with sky+ . We also have a spacious dining room, galley kitchen with all the mod cons included. We have both a downstairs toilet and a upstairs bathroom plus storage under the stairs, loft and shed. There are three bedrooms (two on the first floor and a loft conversion) the room available is the back bedroom on the first floor. The room has a double bed with storage, two bedside cabinets a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. We also have a very pretty garden with access to a back alley where you can keep a bike securely.
Living here already is: Harriet (me) working as Store Manager at Joules, Daniel (my boyfriend) who is a Teacher and Ali ( our housemate) who studies and works as a cardiac physiologists. We also have Jemima living here who is our 6 month old kitten.
We are looking to live with another female (which works well) who is clean and tidy, friendly and a cat lover! We are looking for someone who will treat our house as a home not just a place to crash. We are also not looking for party animals as we all have busy jobs and like to chill out in the week.
Rent includes all bills which are: gas, electricity, water, council tax, Tv licence, sky+, Internet, TV, parking permit.
We are looking to hold viewings during a few evenings in the next couple of weeks with the hope to someone moving in on March the 21st.
