Large double room in house share

Hi, I’m currently renting a 3 bed house off one of my friends, and looking to find someone suitable to share it with.

The house is located just outside the town and is within easy reach of the train station and motorway.

The house itself is large but cosy. It has a shared kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom, all of which are modern and in good condition. There is a decent sized front and rear garden, and a garage attached to the house.

The room is a large double, and as it's my spare room it doesn't really have much in it. If you have bedroom furniture to bring with you then great, if not I'm sure we could sort out a few essentials.

I tend to work quite long hours in the week, so during the week I'm not really around until quite late. Weekends are usually spent out and about, seeing friends, mountain biking, tinkering in the garage or just chilling at home.

I'm looking for someone who I can share a home with, not just rent a room to. If you decide you want the room, then the house becomes your home too. You would be an equal tenant, but to make it easier the rent and bills would be all inclusive.

Any potential housemate should also know, I have a daughter who is 15(!), she will of course sometimes be around. She is beautiful, funny, very grown up for her age and generally a pleasure to be around...my totally unbiased opinion!

With all things considered I would prefer to share with a female housemate, but will consider sharing with another male. You must be a clean and tidy person respectful and easy going.
