I have to let a lovely double annex room overlooking a beautiful (even if I do say so myself) garden. It's downstairs, very private, quiet and has a shower room next door.
Kitchen and living room would be shared with me. I'm very tidy and hate Hollyoaks.
I can't guarantee off street parking but there is plenty of parking on the road and it's very quiet.
The property is an extended 4 bedroomed 1930 semi on Greenway Crescent. It's a great area, quiet and a 15 min walk to the centre.
I'm a 34 year old professional male and currently live on my own. I'm very easy going and friendly. My son sometimes stays over as do friends. I'm not intending on letting any other rooms.
Looking for someone clean, tidy and reliable.
£375 PCM unfurnished. Would consider furnishing subject to minimum rental term.
