2 double rooms available - Central Taunton

We have 2 spare rooms available as from beginning of January.

We will only consider quiet, tidy, friendly and respectful full-time professionals moving or new to the area.
We are happy to consider Monday-Friday rents as well.

One of the rooms is a large and bright double room with en-suite bathroom for £500 per month/inc all bills and a medium-sized double room with shared bathroom for £400 per month/inc bills. Both rooms are fully furnished.

Currently it is just one of us living in the house. The house has been recently re-decorated to a very high standard and has all the usual amenities including – dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridge-freezer, broadband and back garden.

The house is located in the town centre, within walking distance to shops, bars/restaurants and also walking distance to Musgrove Hospital.
There are car parking permits available in the house to park the car outside.
