I currently rent this house from an agency, which has to large double rooms, both with their own bathrooms + a downstairs toilet. All the furniture within belongs to me but if you have your own furniture, we can make room or store in garage.
your room has a brand new bed, large bathroom, central heating, wardrobe & set of draws, if you wish to use them.
The price is for the rent and all the bills split even between us. If you wish to put your name with the agency, then I'm more than happy for this.
