Room available on a lovely street

Our current housemate Nik is moving out to go and live with his girlfriend so we are looking for a replacement for his room in a property on Mount Street. The street is a short walk from the town centre, but avoids the noise, and the property overlooks Vivary Park.

We are looking for people who are clean, tidy and sociable.

The house is spectacular and viewing is recommended to appreciate it. The house contains - living room, kitchen w/ walk in larder, dishwasher, utility room, study, garden, 2. 5 bathrooms, a cellar and bedrooms.

The bedroom is unfurnished but the house in general has enough living room/kitchen furniture for everyone.

The avilable bedroom is a large double on the first floor and has a view of Vivary Park. There is a built in wardrobe and some extra storage under the window. The room also has a sink and a feature fireplace.

There are two parking spaces for the house and we currently have two cars so off-street parking cannot always be guaranteed. We have had no problem in the past when we have ad three cars as they can also be parked outside the house from 6pm-8am Monday-Saturday and there are a few full time free places at the bottom of the street. If you have a small car we may also be able to squeeze three on the drive.

The three of us remaining get along well together and are looking for somebody who will fit in with the general vibe of the house.
