We are a friendly couple in a four bed townhouse in central Taunton, looking to let out one of our largest rooms. The house has a real city feeling while being located on a quiet street in the centre of Taunton.

The House:
A spacious Victorian terrace set over three floors, meaning that you never feel on top of each other. The house is beautifully decorated, with lots of period features and fully furnished to a high standard.

The Location:
Situated on a quiet street in central Taunton, we're close to the shops, restaurants and pubs and an extremely short walk away from the Cricket Ground and Train Station.

The Bedroom:
The room available is a large double with plenty of living space to relax in. The room has a double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables and a large window which lets in plenty of light. Your room and private bathroom are both on the first floor. You will have the whole floor to yourself. We occupy the second floor so there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

Your bathroom has a rainfall shower, toilet, sink and a large mirror.

The room will be freshly re-decorated and will have some new pieces of furniture ready for whoever moves in.

The Shared Space:
A big modern kitchen / breakfast room for you to make use of with everything you might need including fridge / freezer, a Range oven, microwave and lots of storage space. There is also a dining table and chairs in the kitchen if you wish to eat at a table. At the end of the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a small toilet. Opening out from the utility room is a pretty terrace with seating.

The Current Setup:
We own the house and work full time and we are looking for a friendly and conscientious Monday to Friday sharer who is quiet, easy going, clean and respectful. We have a five year old Cockapoo who is hypoallergenic and will be your best friend if you want him to be!
