This is a single furnished bedroom in a two bed house sharing with one other person, the house owner (31year old working male). There's a kitchen/dining rm, lounge, ground floor toilet, first floor bathroom inc shower, and garden. It's gas central heating and only 7yrs old so good insulation making it a warm house. Gas hob, electric oven.

All bills included in the rent. WiFi connection, gas, electric, and council tax, so the rent is all you pay (not including calls made from the landline which are paid for by whoever makes the calls).

The bedroom will have a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside locker, lamp, and single bed.

There is no spare designated parking space but you will be able to park outside the house in the quiet cul-de-sac.
