Double Room,quiet area,looking towards the Mendips

Single occupancy only.
Room cleaned once a fortnight & bedding changed.
My home is comfortable and well looked after, with a downstairs loo and a bathroom upstairs.
I have a kitchen diner which leads out to the garden.
I am looking for a professional person who is working full time during the days/ evenings but not working night shifts, who is clean, tidy, considerate in all aspects.
The bedroom has plenty of drawer space and a wardrobe. TV with built in dvd player. Excellent quality bed/matress and bedding, and near bathroom.
Parking near the house on a side road.
I work full time with adults with learning disability & challenging behaviour. I work shifts5 days out of 7. I enjoy live bands, various music tastes and like to be out and about in summer months. You can relax in my garden, weather permitting.
Very close to leisure centre, easy walking distance to the city centre, shops, pubs & good eating places. M5 only half hour drive away, Bristol approx 25 miles away for M4 and other major routes.

NO SMOKERS IN ANY CAPACITY.....
