Large semi-detached house with enclosed back garden and patio and large front garden. Living room, dining room, bathroom with shower and separate WC room: small kitchen. Loads of space. Logburner heating. Share with owner and 3 cats so lodger must be a cat lover. Double room available and possibly a second upstairs room if required as study/private sitting room etc.
Handy for Hinkley Point (11 miles), Taunton (16 miles), Minehead (6 miles)and Bridgwater (18 miles).Quantock Hills 2 miles. Motorway 30 minutes drive away.
Very quiet household, no TV (don't mind if you want one in your room but you will have to pay the licence), Happy to share with any female non-smoker who likes cats. May also be willing to consider a cat-friendly dog or other pet but no more cats, sorry. Most bills included, possibly some extra for heating in winter depending on usage.
Open to any suggestions for tenant, maybe someone who just wants a room to sleep in or someone who wants a place to live and treat as home for several years if we get on well.
