I have a double bedroom to rent in a new house in Wincanton. It has a new kitchen, garden, 2 bathrooms and plenty of on road parking. The house is only a few minutes walk to local supermarket and town, and only a few miles to the local train station at Templecombe which is a main line to London. It is also very close to the A303.
I am an easy going person who loves the outdoors, I also have a 4year old dog and a 8month old pup both border collies, who are both house trained.
I'm looking for a professional to rent my spare room.
